What we eat affects mental health and wellbeing. Ironically, mental health affects our nutrition. Julie's Food For All Moods program provides obtainable planning tools and goals to help maintain physical and mental wellness.
With a little self compassion and the willingness to say goodbye to old diet patterns, Julie teaches how to fall in love with food and honor the body by listening to it's needs. This is a sustainable, lifestyle change.
